WHAT can be returned?
All products can be returned for exchange or credit provided they have not been altered in any way and are in the same saleable condition they were in when they were despatched. Caseline Australia accepts no responsibility for cases that are damaged in transit. A restocking fee may apply.

All items must be returned within 14 days from order date.

HOW do customers return items?
Customers can either use any method of Post or Courier to return the item to Caseline Australia.
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping Rates are not refundable and the cost of return will also be the responsibility of the customer.
CREDIT for returns?
The Customer can receive a credit for returns within 30 days of Caseline Australia recieving the product. This refund will be made directly to your credit card.
Items will need to be in original packaging to receive a full credit.
