Delivery Policy


Caseline delivers to most residential and business addresses across Australia. However, please note that there are certain remote locations that we are unable to deliver to. Caseline does not deliver overseas or to Australian islands off the mainland, except for Tasmania.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Lockers.
Caseline's principal carrier is StarTrack whose standard delivery times are between 2 to 5 working days. Other carriers may be used depending on circumstances.
After selecting an item for purchase there will be a “Normally Ships Within” figure available to the customer.
A “Calculate Shipping” module will return a estimated delivery figure to the customer at checkout.
Upon payment the customer will be sent an invoice in PDF format and a tracking link.
All orders will be shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL.) This means the package may be left at the delivery address only if the courier driver deems there is a safe place to do so. Once the item is delivered and marked as such by the courier, Caseline is not responsible for any loss or damage.
