Delivery Policy
Caseline delivers to most residential and business addresses across Australia, however unfortunately there are certain remote locations that we are unable to deliver to. Caseline is also unable to deliver overseas or to Australian islands off the mainland, except for Tasmania.
Caseline is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Lockers.
Caseline's principal carrier is Star Track whose normal delivery times are within 2 to 5 working days. Other carriers may be used depending on circumstances.
After selecting an item for purchase there will be a “Normally Ships Within” figure available to the customer.
A “Calculate Shipping” module will return a estimated delivery figure to the customer at checkout.
Upon payment the customer will be sent an invoice in PDF format and a tracking link.
