Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as when dispatched. All returns are subject to inspection prior to approval for a refund.

Please note:

• A restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for damage caused during transit.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to most residential and business addresses across Australia. However, please note the following:

• Delivery is not available to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or apartment complexes/multi-level buildings that do not have a ground-floor mailroom or reception.
• Some remote or regional areas may be excluded from delivery depending on courier access.
• Our standard delivery timeframe is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
