Our PRO-Inserts are manufactured using CNC technology to create shaped cavities at varying depths, ensuring an interference fit, maximising protection and minimising movement.
With our signature PE Foam & PP Hard Top our PRO-Inserts are water resistant, rigid and robust - providing shock and vibration protection whilst securing parts in transit or storage.
Our PRO-Inserts are made to suit a wide range of Hard Cases, Equipment Drawers & Trolleys, Heavy-Duty Tote Bags, Retail & Bespoke Packaging, etc.
PP Hard Top is available in a range of colours including Black, Apple Green, Oxford Blue, Sky Blue, Red, Orange, Purple & Light Grey.

To ensure the best possible fit and performance of your PRO-Insert, we prefer to receive your equipment.
Having your equipment on hand allows our team to capture the most accurate
dimensions of every component.
Additionally, we can apply an interference (friction) fit and conduct in-house test
fittings, as required.
If shipping your equipment to us is not feasible, we can work from suitable
customer supplied drawings, however we are unable to apply an interference
(friction) fit with your equipment into the PRO-Insert.
Outer Containment Footprint (i.e, Cases, Tool Drawers, Trolleys etc) parameters must be included in the supplied drawings.
